I am a passionate believer in emotions and feelings and how they drive who we are and what we do. I am leading the Supporter Engagement strategy of UNICEF international with the target of mobilizing 100 million people to give their voice, time and money to support children.Before this role I led the Innovative finance for the Capital Fund of the UN and Fundraising for UNICEF Italy. With 25 years of fundraising experience with major nonprofit organizations including I raised billions of dollars including the campaign “Schools for Africa” for UNICEF that raised over $200 million.I am teaching at Fundraising Master at Bologna University and all my knowledge on emotions is in my books: "Emotionraising" and "Hooked on a feeling" both published by Civil Sector Press.
